Day 1 : ARRIVE AT TOKYO
Arrive at New Tokyo International Airport (Narita Airport). JTB staff will meet clients at the custom's exit and assist them in boarding airport bus. Transfer to hotel.

For your accommodation, you can choose a hotel from the hotel list above.

Day 2 : TOKYO 
Morning, half day tour in Tokyo.
Visit Tokyo Tower Observatory, drive through Natioanl Diet Building, Imperial Palace Plaza, Asakusa Kannon Temple & Nakamise Shopping Arcade, drive through Ueno and disband at Akihabara or Tokyo Station.
Afternoon, free at leisure.

Day 3 : TOKYO - MT. FUJI - HAKONE - KYOTO
Deluxe motorcoach to the foot of Mt. Fuji via expressway. Then drive halfway up Japan's highest mountain to enjoy a spectacular view from a height of 2,300 meters. Enjoy a Japanese-style lunch.
Afternoon, proceed to Hakone for a private boat on Lake Ashi and Mt. Komagatake Aerial Cableway.
Evening, take a Shinkansen to Kyoto.
Accommodations at hotel in Kyoto for 2 nights.

Day 4 : KYOTO - NARA - KYOTO 
Morning sightseeing of Kyoto, visiting Golden Pavilion, Nijo Castle noted for its gorgeous interiors (When Nijo Castle is closed, visit Ryoanji Temple instead), and Kyoto Imperial Palace (on Sat., Sun & national holidays: visit Kitano Tenmangu Shrine or Higashi Honganji Temple instead). Lunch at Kyoto Handicraft Center.
Afternoon tour to Nara. Visit Todaiji Temple housing Great Buddha, colorful Kasuga Shrine with 3,000 lanterns, and Deer Park where many tame deer are freely roaming.
Return to Kyoto.

One Way Course (JP6-O)

Day 5 : KYOTO
Whole day, free at leisure in Kyoto.
(In the evening, departure time from your hotel on the following day will be announced by van conpany. Departure time from your hotel to airport is around 4 hours before your flight.)

Day 6 : KYOTO - KANSAI AIRPORT
Free at leisure until departure.
Transfer to Kansai Airport by seat sharing van.

Round Trip Course (JP6-R)

Day 5 : KYOTO - TOKYO
Free at leisure until departure.
Return to Tokyo by Shinkansen in the evening.
Accommodation at hotel in Tokyo around 9:30pm.

Day 6 : TOKYO - NARITA AIRPORT
Free at leisure until departure.
(Departure time is announced to your hotel on the day before departure.)
(JTB staff will meet client at the hotel and assist them in boarding an airport bus to Narita Airport)
Transfer to Narita Airport by an airport bus.

<for Day 3: Mt. Fuji-Hakone Tour>

 

 

Multilingual audio guiding devices recorded in Korean, Chinese, German and Spanish will be provided free of charge on these tours.
Please make requests in advance to receive this special free service.

 

 

The Mt. Komagatake Ropeway is skipped on the following days due to traffic conditions: May 2, 5, July 18, 23, 24, 30, 31, August 6, 7, 20, 21, 27, 28, September 3, 10, 19, 25, October 1, 10, 15, 22, 29, 30, November 5, 12, 19, and December 30

 

 

When the Fuji Visiter Center is closed or if the tour is behind schedule due to traffic, the Fuji Visitor Center may be skipped.

 

 

The road to Mt. Fuji's 5th Station is sometimes closed due to heavy snows in the winter and the early spring. If this is the case, or if the tour is behind schedule due to some operational reasons, you will go to the highest possible point.

 

 

Although the Komagatake Ropeway, Hakone Ropeway or the cruise on Lake Ashi may be omitted or substituted for as a result of traffic and weather conditions or other operational reasons, the tour will not be canceled nor will the tour fee be refunded. In the case that one or both of the destinations are omitted, you will enjoy one of the following alternatives: Narukawa Art Museum in Hakone, Hakone Check Point, Cruise on Lake Kawaguchi, Lake Kawaguchi Ropeway, Hakone-en Aquarium, Hakone Shrine and Hakone Ropeway (Owaku-dani Valley). Your tour guide will finalize alternatives based upon careful consideration of tour logistics and other conditions.

 

 

We recommend you to you bring an overcoat or other warm clothing during the autumn and the winter.

 

 

The tour will not be cancelled nor refunded if you are unable to see the full view of Mt. Fuji due to weather conditions. 

 

 

Your tour guide may not accompany you back to Tokyo after Odawara Station for operational reasons. In this case, your guide will tell you how to go back to your hotel from Tokyo Station (Return by shinkansen), or from Shinjuku/Ginza (The entire tour is by motorcoach.)

<for Day 4: Kyoto Morning Tour>

 

 

Nijo Castle: On Tuesdays in Jan., Aug. and Dec., Nijo Castle is closed and you will visit Ryoanji Temple instead

 

 

Kyoto Imperial Palace: On Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays and some other days, the Kyoto Imperial Palace is closed and you will visit the Nishi Hongwanji Temple instead. You are required to fill out a form (your name, sex, age, nationality), when you enter the Kyoto Imperial Palace.

 

 

Nara Afternoon Tour:
At Kasuga Taisha Shrine, the tour includes the regular areas and does not include entrance to areas requiring admission.

 

 

If Nara Nagomikan is closed, the tour will visit another souvenir shop.
