Guide English-speaking guide or assistant service is included from the airport on Day 1 to the hotel in Kyoto on Day 14 (except while onboard transfer from/to the airport, while on board the bullet train, and Day 5 and 10).
Baggage One Way Trip Course (JT14-O)
Your baggage will be transported from Hakone to Kyoto on Day 7. Each person will be allowed one piece of baggage. Additional baggage will require an extra fee of JPY 2,200 per item. For the overnight stay on Day 7, Day 11 and Day 12, we recommend you to carry a light overnight bag with you. Each person will be allowed one piece of baggage for the seat sharing van from Kyoto to Kansai Airport. For extra baggage, JPY 1,000 will be charged per item.
Round Trip Course (JT14-R)
Your baggage will be transported by land from Hakone to Kyoto on Day 7 and Kyoto to Tokyo on Day 11 . Each person will be allowed one piece of baggage. Additional baggage will require an extra fee of JPY 2,200 per item. For the overnight stay on Day 7, Day 11 and Day 12, we recommend you to carry a light overnight bag with you. Day 1 : ARRIVE AT TOKYO 
Arrive at New Tokyo International Airport (Narita Airport). JTB staff will meet clients at the custom's exit and assist them in boarding airport bus. Transfer to hotel.
For your accommodation, you can choose a hotel from the hotel list above.

Day 2 : TOKYO 
Morning, half day tour in Tokyo.
Visit Tokyo Tower Observatory, drive through National Diet Building, Imperial Palace Plaza, Asakusa Kannon Temple, Nakamise Shopping Arcade, drive thorugh Ueno. Disband at Akihabara or Tokyo Station.
Afternoon, free at leisure.

Day 3 : TOKYO - KAMAKURA - TOKYO
Full day tour by local train and on foot. Morning, Visit Great Buddha, Hasedera Kannon Temple.
After lunch at local restaurant, visit Tsurugaoka Hachimangu Shrine, and Komachi Shopping street.
Tour disband on arrival at Tokyo Station between 17:00-18:00.

Day 4 : TOKYO - NIKKO - TOKYO
Full day excursion to Nikko by motorcoach.
Morning, visit Toshogu Shrine and Irohazaka zigzag driveway up to the mountains
After Japanese-style lunch at local restaurant, visit Lake Chuzenji and Kegon Waterfall.
Irohazaka zigzag driveway down the mountains and drive back to Tokyo.
Tour disband on arrival at Ginza or Shinjuku between 19:00-20:00.


Day 5 : TOKYO - MT. FUJI - HAKONE
Deluxe motorcoach to the foot of Mt. Fuji via expressway. Then drive halfway up Japan's highest mountain to enjoy a spectacular view from a height of 2,300 meters.
Enjoy Japanese-style lunch.
Afternoon, visit to Hakone for a cruise on Lake Ashi and Mt.Komagatake Aerial cableway. Accommodation at Hotel Hakone Kowaki-en.

Day 6 : HAKONE - NAGOYA
Transfer to Odawara station and board a Shinkansen for Nagoya, visit Toyota Commemorative Museum of Industry and Technology and Nagoya castle.
Transfer to Nagoya station and board a local train for Toba.
Accommodation at Toba Hotel International.

Day 7 : NAGOYA - TOBA - ISE - KYOTO
Visit Mikimoto Pearl Island and Ise Jingu Shrine. After Japanese style lunch, will be visiting Ama Huts.
Return to Kyoto by limited express. Accommodation at hotel in Kyoto for 4 nights.

Day 8 : KYOTO - NARA - KYOTO
Morning sightseeing of the city, visiting Golden Pavilion, Nijo Castle noted for its gorgeous interiors(When Nijo Castle is closed, visit Ryoanji Temple instead), and Kyoto Imperial Palace (on Sat., Sun.& national holidays: visit Kitano Tenmangu Shrine or Higashi Honganji Temple instead). After lunch at Kyoto Handicraft Center, excursion to Nara, the first permanent capital of Japan. Visit Todaiji Temple housing Great Buddha, colorful Kasuga Shrine with 3,000 lanterns, and Deer Park where many tame deer are freely roaming.
Return to Kyoto.

Day 9 : KYOTO
Wholeday, free at leisure.


Day 10 : KYOTO - HIROSHIMA - KYOTO
Take JR Shinkansen Nozomi train to Hiroshima Station from Kyoto/Osaka. Then take Ferry to Miyajima"Sacred Island", which is known as one of the nation's Scenic Trio because of its breathtaking beauty and tranquil atomsphere. After that, visiting the Peace Memorial Park near epicenter of a bomb area and museum, which exhibits items
 related to the nuclear bomb. Return to hotel in Kyoto through JR Shinkansen station and bus.

Day 11 : KYOTO - TAKAYAMA
Take a Shinkansen for Nagoya.Transfer to a limited-express for Takayama, an ancient, tranquil city called "Little Kyoto". Afternoon, stroll through Takayama, visiting Yatai Kaikan Hall, where colorfully decorated traditional festival floats are displayed; Kusakabe Folkcraft Museum, formerly the residence of powerful merchants under goverment patronage; and the streets of Kami Sannomachi, which preserve traditional Japanese wooden houses. Accommodation at Hida Hotel Plaza.

Day 12 : TAKAYAMA - SHIRAKAWAGO - KANAZAWA
Visit the famous morning market of Takayama. Scenic drive by Lake Miboro and along Shokawa River to Shirakawago, designated in 1995 as part of the World Heritage. Its highlights are unique structures called Gassho-Zukuri, or joined-hands farmhouses. Then visit Gokayama, another World Heritage village, where you can experience making Gokayama Washi, traditional Japanese paper. Continue to Kanazawa.
Accommodation at hotel in Kanazawa.


One Way Trip Course (JP14-O)

Day 13 : KANAZAWA - KYOTO
Morning sightseeing in Kanazawa, visiting Kenroku-en Garden, one of Japan's three most beautiful traditional gardens; Kutaniyaki Pottery kiln; and Higashi-chaya street and Former Guest House Shima.
Afternoon, return to Kyoto by limited-express. Transfer to major hotels in Kyoto, arriving between 16:30-17:30.

Day 14 : KYOTO - KANSAI AIRPORT
Free at leisure until departure.
(Departure time is announced to your hotel on the before departure.)
Transfer to Kansai Airport by seat sharing van.

Round Trip Course (JP14-R)

Day 13 : KANAZAWA - TOKYO
Morning sightseeing in Kanazawa, visiting Kenroku-en Garden, one of Japan's three most beautiful traditional gardens; Kutaniyaki Pottery kiln; and Higashi-chaya street and Former Guest House Shima.
Afternoon, return to Kyoto by limited-express. Transfer to major hotels in Kyoto, arriving between 16:30-17:30.

Day 14 : TOKYO - NARITA AIRPORT
Free at leisure until departure.
(Departure time is announced to your hotel on the day before departure.)
(JTB staff will meet client at the hotel and assist them in boarding an airport bus to Narita Airport)
Transfer to Narita Airport by airport bus.

Please note that all seating on the trains is non-reserved seats and that it may not be possible to sit down on Day 4.

 

 

Please dress casually and wear shoes comfortable for walking on Day 4

 

 

For operational reasons, your tour guide may not accompany you back to Tokyo after Kamakura Station. In this case, your guide will tell you how to go back to your hotel from Kamakura Station on Day 4

 

 

In some cases, a bus may be used as transportation between Tokyo and Kamakura on Day 4

 

 

Because it is extremely hot in the months from July through September, please bring your own soft drink and hat.

 

 

Earphone guidance may be used if the number of participants is more than 15 on Day 4.

 

 

If a tour participant damages or loses an earphone guidance device, he/she may be charged for compensation (JPY 10,000) on Day 4

 

 

Chartered cars/coaches may be used for transfer from Kintetsu-Nagoya Station to the Hotel in Ise for Day 8.

 

 

When the Ama Huts and/or Mikimoto Pearl Island are closed, the tour will visit the Toba Sea Folk Museum or Toba Aquarium instead for Day 8.

 

 

The hotel on Day 8 may be changed to Ise Pearl Pier Hotel, Ise City Hotel Annex, or Ise City Hotel

 

 

Please dress casually and wear shoes comfortable for walking and also bring a coat or warm clothes from the chilly month of October to the snowy month of February.

 

 

Depending upon traffic, weather conditions, or other operational needs, a motorcoach may be used to transfer from Nagoya Station to Takayama Station for Day 11.

 

 

Visits to Kasukabe Folk Museum and Kami Sannomachi Street may be changed to the following day.

 

 

When booking three people in one room, Japanese-Western-style rooms will be arranged for H12 - 20 on Day 5. Enjoy sleeping in futon on tatami mats.

 

 

Lake Miboro may be skipped if there is heavy snow on Day 12

 

 

When the Former Toyama Family Residence is closed, or during days of heavy snow in the winter, visit the Gassho-zukuri Folklore Park for Day 12

 

 

Guests are allowed to leave the tour at Itami Airport. If you would like to do so, please let us know upon booking

<for Day 5: Mt. Fuji-Hakone Tour>

 

 

Multilingual audio guides are available in Korean, Chinese, German and Spanish. They will be provided free of charge. Units may not be available if your request is made at the last minute. One unit or more will be provided per group.

 

 

The Mt. Komagatake Ropeway is skipped on the following days due to traffic conditions: May 2, 5, Jul. 18, 23, 24, 30, 31, Aug. 6, 7, 20, 21, 27, 28, Sep. 3, 10, 19, 25, Oct. 1, 10, 15, 22, 29, 30, Nov. 5, 12, 19, and Dec. 30

 

 

When the Fuji Visitor Center is closed or if the tour is behind schedule due to traffic conditions, the Fuji Visitor Center may be skipped

 

 

The road to Mt. Fuji 5th station is sometimes closed due to heavy snows in the winter and the early spring. If this is the case, or if the tour is behind schedule, you will go to the highest possible point

 

 

The tour will not be cancelled nor refunded if you are unable to see the full view of Mt. Fuji due to weather conditions

 

 

Although the Komagatake Ropeway, Hakone Ropeway or the cruise on Lake Ashi may be omitted or substituted for as a result of traffic and weather conditions or other operational reasons, the tour will not be canceled nor will the tour fee be refunded. In the case that one or both of the destinations are omitted, you will enjoy one of the following alternatives: Narukawa Art Museum in Hakone, Hakone Check Point, Cruise on Lake Kawaguchi, Lake Kawaguchi Ropeway, Hakone-en Aquarium, Hakone Shrine and Hakone Ropeway (Owaku-dani Valley). Your tour guide will finalize alternatives based upon careful consideration of tour logistics and other conditions

 

 

Your tour guide may not accompany you back to Tokyo after Odawara Station for operational reasons
