A number of historic attractions, including some dating back 2,500 years, as old as the city of Suzhou, are located on the hill. People traditionally described Tiger Hill as illustrated in "Nine Scenes", namely, that Tiger Hill is best viewed "under the Moon, in the Snow, in the Rain, in the Mist, in Midsummer, in Refreshing Autumn, in a Spring Morning, in a late Autumn Day with Fallen Leaves, and at Sunset."

Lingering Garden The Lingering Garden is located outside Changmen Gate in Suzhou, Jiangsu Province. Originally a classical private garden, it is one of the four most famous gardens in China. Possessing typical Qing style, it is well-known for the exquisite beauty of its magnificent halls, and the various sizes, shapes, and colors of the buildings. In 1997, the garden was recorded on the list of the world heritage by UESCO.
Panmen City Gate It is one of the eight gates of Suzhou built by Wu Zixu, the general of Wu State of Warring States Period (403 ~ 222B.C.). Because of its special defense position and usage, it was renamed to "the Water City Gate". The defense system of the Water City Gate includes two parts, the water arrangement, and the land arrangement. The land portion has two gates come with barriers, so the enemy would end up trap at the gate if they try to come close to the fort. To the north, there are main road for transporting foods and weapons. The constructions of the Water City Gate tell us that more than one thousand years ago; the defense constructions of China had already reached a high level.
Silk Work Shop Silk thread is a natural byproduct of the mulberry silkworm larvae (Bombyx mori), which spins its cocoon using sericteries, or "silk glands," which secrete a viscous organic liquid protein through its two spinnerets, which are mouth openings in the larva. The clear secreted fluid dries and hardens as soon as it is exposed to the outside air, becoming silk. If allowed to fully mature, metamorphosis will transform the grayish-white silkworm caterpillars into a yellow silkworm moth.
