Enjoy a discovery trip into the canals of Thonburi by a long-tailed boat, passing by venerable temples among lush greenery, wooden houses built on stilts, coconut groves, garlanded shrines and spirit houses and vendors offering goods on their boats. A stop is made at the famous Temple of Dawn or Wat Arun. Its most attractive and conspicuous feature is the 79-metre-high Prang or pagoda which glitters from thousands of porcelain fragments.
