Hasedera Temple (Hase Kannon Temple) (60 mins)
Hase-dera is one of the oldest and most prominent temples in Kamakura, and is said to have been built in 736 by Fujiwara-no-Fusasaki, a son of Fujiwara-no-Fuhito, who had the great priest Tokudo Shonin found the temple. The eleven-faced Kannon, housed in the main hall where the principal images of Buddha and Bosatsu and the mandala are enshrined, is 9.18 m in height and known as the largest wooden statue in Japan.

Great Buddha (30 mins)
A neighboring temple of Hase-dera Temple is Kotoku-in Temple with an 11-meter-tall statue of Buddha, which is overwhelming sight. The construction of the bronze "handsome" Buddha began in 1252. It was preserved in the Buddha's Hall in those days; however, the hall was destroyed by big winds and tsunami, and now the Buddha is situated outdoors.

Tsurugaoka Hachimangu Shrine (60 mins)
Tsurugaoka Hachiman-gu Shrine is the symbolic shrine of the old capital city, Kamakura. A number of people come to visit this historic shrine every day. The origin of the shrine goes back to the year 1180, when the Shogun Minamoto-no-Yoritomo, who established the Kamakura Shogunate to rule Japan, constructed the shrine pavilions at the current location.

Komachi Shopping Street (30 mins).
The tour includes Toei-subway One-Day Pass. After the tour, you can still use this pass for the ride of Toei-subway lines on your own, visiting places such as Asakusa, Shinjuku and Roppongi.
